Hey there! Let’s see what I’ve got for you this week. Well, I had to finalize my last week’s vanilla walk. I also had to pose Stu in order to communicate a “concerned” feel.
Starting to learn walk-cycle this week. It will be split in two weeks. This week I only had to make a stepped animation. Here comes the revision of last week’s shot.
It’s crazy to think it’s already week 7, almost 2 months of AM learning have past! This week was awesome! For this week, the aim of the assignment was anticipation and overlapping actions. We had to animate a pendulum and here’s what I came up with:
This week was the Stretch & Squash week. We had to animate a ball through an obstacle course and we also had to recreate a pose with Stu showing a “devastated” state.
Here comes a new one! For this week we had to animate two bouncing balls with different weights: a light ball and a heavy ball. Here’s what I came up with. No stretch and no squash for this week, we still keep it simple.
It’s already my third week following Animation Mentor’s school. We had to sketch a character showing “Excitement” and to recreate it using Animation Mentor’s rig: Stu. For this week we also had to make a bouncing ball animation. Here’s what I came up with: And here comes the revision:
It’s a great day, I sent my first assignment today! We had to find a pose by drawing sketches and then recreate the pose using Stu.

A few days ago, I started to learn V-ray, a powerfull rendering engine. I started a new personal project and here’s a render of this work in progress. Hope I find some time to finish it.
